We are sure that you need not explanation for the columns i.e. name, company, designation and my mantra (meaning of mantra means formula, or philosophy; if you are not convinced with our explanations than do whatever u feel like. We love innovators)

Why there is list of my admirer and my haters.

No real friends are in corporate world. Either people admire you or they hate you. Your friends list is replaced with the list of admirers and haters.

Anyone who knows you (your colleague or any other professional) can claim to be your admirer.

How can anyone hate me openly, don’t you think that this can spoil or change my relations with that person?

Everyone have an option to keep his/her identity anonymous for any option selected by him/her. You may not know exactly who hates you. But u can surely ask that person his/her reason, this can surely help you to improve yourself (if you actually want to do so). You can also do with others, vise-versa. We believe that in your social networking, this is not important to link with more n more people. You must understand the value of what people think about you in real. What’s the use of having more than 1000 friends in your list, if they don’t have an opinion about you? We told you, this community is little different than others. Even if we haven’t said this before, you note it now.

Explain list of my bosses

In mydearboss you will find so many boss profiles, you can also create profile of your boss and add into your list of bosses you admire or the bosses you hate. Don’t you worry again we have given you an option to hide your identity if you don’t want to demonstrate your identity to your boss and if you hate him/her.

Tell everyone what you are working on in your professional world. A brief info whatever you are doing or you’ve done in past. Generally people in office environment do not take much interest in understanding what you’ve achieved in real. Tell them all.

What is “your opinion about me” section?

This is the place where people write to you. You remember scrap in orkut and wall in facebook? We believe that every message is unique and in a professional world you understand influence of communication. We’ve given options to other users to write anonymously if they want but with some sincerity

Meaning of Gyan means advice or knowledge or wisdom (do you have better explanation, don’t tell us just use it). Gyan is something what everyone is ready to offer but no one actually wants it. Give advice to others or receive from them. Here we give you an option to hide your identity if you don’t want to anyone to know about you (ex. You really smell very badly, use mouth freshener at least 3 times in office or “sexy legs, but please use a quality hair remover”, or “yellow tie with black shirt… eeyyuuuu, stop wearing it, I may someday hang u with your tie)

Mostly people don’t want others to know about their life, but if you have any info about other person, tell him/her that you know. Without doubt, if you want; you can hide your identity. (Example: I know last Tuesday you was in xyz pharmaceuticals for interview, or I know you have tickets of football match and on second half you are going to tell boss about your upset stomach).

This is not good to spread any kind of rumor in your office but why not; we understand that it’s a great fun if we all know its rumor in reality. We believe that rumor is 100% false information.

Spread any rumor about anyone you want. Here again you can hide yourself to post it anonymously. (example: …………………well, no example for you; we don’t want to feed your evil mind, all we want you to understand that you cannot violate any law) its fun if we spread rumor and everyone knows its just a rumor.

Good to gossip in office. We believe that gossip is not a truth but never a lie. We believe that gossip is not more than 10% truth (the percentage may diverge) but bigger part is just a fantasy. Gossiping should be taken into sportive way and one must not violate any law while doing it. Although we give you a comfort level to hide your identity while gossiping

Should we give you any example about how to gossip? We are sure, u don’t need any.

We consider you as brave person if you dare to tell truth about anyone. Go and tell him/her the truth. As we said that you need to be brave to tell any truth; if anyone tells truth, we won’t allow him/her to hide his/her identity.

Here is an example to write to your boss. “Boss, you are such a stupid, you just spoiled my day”.

Everything is self explanatory, and this is not the forum for amateurs, you are quite mature and we believe that you are intelligent too.   Though if you want the explanation; you have an opportunity to discuss company activities with rest of the world, what exactly is happening inside.
